Avoid excessive heat to the skin. It’s ok to shower 2 hours after a treatment, please avoid high-pressure hot showers, or soaking in a bath or sauna for at least 24-48 hours afterwards.

Do not pick or rub or scratch at the treated area. This is important as we do not want to scar the area or cause infection.
Keep the tattoo removal area clean and dry for the first three days of healing process
Do not exercise for 24-48 hours post treatment.
Use sunscreen with SPF30+ and keep the area covered up with clothing.
Do not expose the treated area to the sun.
Use mild soap and make sure to pat dry.
Do not forget to do cold compresses, if the treated area has slight sunburn feeling or ease discomfort.
Do use medical treatment or pain killer and antibiotic cream with mild steroid prescribed by your doctor
Do not get over concern if you notice blisters after treatment. It is quite common and it is all part of the healing process.

If blisters occur, do not puncture. If skin is broken, apply an antibiotic ointment until healed.

Avoid using seat warmers immediately after treatment. 
To achieve the best results, do complete the full treatment schedule at the intervals recommended by your physician.
